Thank you for using Tallity. At Tallity, we are building a range of Services that will help you to explore and interact with your receipts and any other purchase information in new ways.
We scan your emails to collect purchase information and other purchase related information such as delivery information and returns from selected merchants. This is how we are able to present you with your receipts in a consistent, uniform and interactive manner.
We treat this information as personal information.
We will not sell your personal information to Third Parties.
We also collect information about the views and interactions you make with the content in your Tallity account.
We use this information to improve and build better Services.
Tallity is a new Service. We expect that our Service offerings will expand as we grow to include Services which require age requirements, this is why we require your date of birth upon signing up.
As a new Service, we are constantly changing and improving our offering.
We may add or remove functionalities, features and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
To protect your Tallity Account, keep your password confidential.
You are responsible for the activity that happens in or through your Tallity Account.
Try not to reuse your Tallity Account password on third-party applications.

When you use our Services, you are trusting us with your information.
You are giving Tallity a licence to use, host, store, replicate, transform your purchase information. The rights you grant in this licence are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones.
Our automated systems read and analyze your emails to extract purchase information and information related to purchases such as delivery information and returns information.
This analysis occurs as the purchase information is received and stored in your inbox.
We collect this information so we can transform and create derivative works from your purchase information for the purposes of displaying it in your Tallity Account in order for you to view your receipts.
The information you see in the application is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
Tallity will continue to develop its services and offering.
We understand that having access to your information is a big responsibility. We are working according to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) requirements.
We treat your personal data with confidentiality and protect your privacy when you use our Services.
Under GDPR, you have the right to be informed about how we handle your data, the right to access, update, manage, restrict, export, and delete your information from Tallity.
You are in control of your data and to exercise your rights, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can stop using Tallity at any time, although we will be very sorry to see you go.

By using our Services, you are agreeing not to modify, prepare derivative works of or reverse engineer, our Services.
You are agreeing not to knowingly or negligently use our Services in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks, user accounts or the Service.
We have the right to suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using Tallity’s Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access.
You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law.
These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services.
Don’t remove, obscure, or change any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
Our Services display some content that is not Tallity’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available.
We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law.
This does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information.
Only use Tallity in legal ways. Do not use Tallity Services to promote, organise, spread or engage in unlawful and illegal activities.
Under GDPR, Tallity will report certain types of personal data breach to the relevant supervisory authority. In the UK, the relevant supervisory authority is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We will do so within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, where feasible. If the breach is likely to result in a high risk of adversely affecting your rights and freedoms we will inform you without undue delay.
We will keep a record of any personal data breaches, regardless of whether Tallity is required to notify you.
